I love there's no subscription. It looks good and when I tested it, it's accurate in location, and it sent me an email to tell me to login, to see where my dog was. I'm impressed. Great price too. I've recommended to a few friends!

My items arrived really fast...

My items arrived really fast and were super easy to set up. No monthly subscriptions which I found on other sites. Can put lots of information on your and/or your pets profile and you get an email when someone scans the tags and from what location. Not exact but the town it was scanned etc. Really pleased with these and have told my friends and family about these as they're such a good idea. I am currently moving quite a lot so easy for me to now change info etc

I’ve just bought two tags for my dogs. Initially I couldn’t get them to work. I went on to the live chat section expecting to chat with a bot !! Instead I had a very helpful person who got them working in no time (my error not the tags). Love the tags and the fact you can update addresses and put lots of helpful info about your dog on the. I especially like that you get an email when someone has scanned the tag and a location. I’ve been recommending them to my friends.

Although I hope I never have to use it, the profile is easy to view and you get an instant email saying it’s been scanned and the location. I only wish I could personalise it and put my dogs name on the actual tag.

Ordered replacement tag as our dog had lost our original one. Had a problem with the transferring of our details onto new tag. Contacted them via email and within five minutes Dom came back and said he would sort it out and a couple of hours later he confirmed it was all set. Great product and excellent customer service.

I didn’t think I’d ever need this. My dog slipped out when a delivery arrived. Someone scanned the tag and called me within minutes.

The package didn’t arrive but...

The package didn’t arrive but they immediately sent a new one. The app also didn’t allow international address and Pawid even changed their platform to allow us to add an international address in record time. Would highly recommend.
